  Hi! I have 3 children and we have lived here for 3 plus years now. We love everything about this place, and the reason why we love this place, is because the staff here are like family to us. I want to say a special Thanks to Ms Lindsey, Christi, Emily,Claudia. Ms Lindsey is a lovely person and always willing to listen,help and improve. Ms Christi is always so nice, kind ,patient and heartwarming, and Ms Emily is always ready for anything you need. Ms Claudia is always Friendly and helpful. P.S. A special thanks and appreciation to Mr.Jaime, Ms Libby, Mr.Rogelio, Mr.Jose and Ms. Bertha, Our Maintenance team is the best.

  I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews on Nicol - if I'm being honest, I read reviews before I went to visit and Nikki was the first one to help me. Truthfully I expected a witch from all these negative reviews but she's so nice... I'm not sure what kind of service everyone else is expecting but she did everything she needed to do for my company and was super pleasant. And I'm giving only 4 starts because we haven't moved in yet and the prices are a bit high but the process has been good so far. Thanks Nikki!
