  DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! This place is Terrible. I am currently a resident here and I regret it every day. Where do I start..... oh I know lets start with the management. Since I've moved here a year and a half ago there has been 3 different sets of leasing teams here all of which were and are incredibly unprofessional and rude (especially after you sign your lease). I was lied to about roaches even though I asked because I read the reviews (they will tell you that the reviews are lies and made by previous residents who were evicted and I'm here to tell you..... believe the reviews)they will send out a Orkin man, only on Fridays though, who will put brown paste on the corners of your cabinets and call it pest control. All of the appliances are old mine look like this first stove, dishwasher and refrigerator ever made I mean they are so old they are yellow now despite the countless elbow grease and cleaning supplies used. The Parking here is some of the worst I've ever seen, there are only 3 handicapped parking spots and two rows of visitors parking so if you plan on having company or coming home after 9, don't, I promise you will be sleeping in your car or walking a mile through dimly lit walkways to your home which is not safe. There is always a one or more Stafford PD cars here, you can hear EVERYTHING, there has been numerous break ins both home and cars the security cameras DO NOT WORK (per Stafford Pd and the leasing office) and something Is forever leaking. I have been reporting my air conditioner among other things since I moved in, They send maintenance who then fixes it temporarily but causes a problem somewhere else (IE the leak on the ceiling in my shower) OH NOT TO MENTION THE SEWER ISSUE, and lets not forget the community washateria that always smells of backed up sewer lines or has dirty water all over the floor from the sewer line being broke and needing to be repaired. If you are okay with living in these conditions your standards as far as your home goes is very low. is I could give them a negative 5 stars I would. If you still choose to move here MAKE SURE YO GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING AND I DO MEAN EVERYTHING, they are good with telling you one thing and doing another.
